Fall/Winter	October-March. except holidays below	$4,250 per week plus 5% tax
Spring/Summer	April-September	$4,750 per week plus 5% tax
All Holidays	Including Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Week	$4,750 per week plus 5% tax

2. Minimum three days stay required.

3. A 5% Sales Tax applies to the rental fee.

4. Refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 required.

5. Non-refundable deposit of $1,700.00 required to confirm reservation.

6. Payment in-full must be paid one week prior to arrival.

7. Check In Time: 3pm.

8. Check Out Time: 11am.

9. Other fees: Telephone long distance charges.
